Transitioning to Ollie
We know you’re excited for your pup to dig into Ollie, but we recommend doing a Diet Transition Health Check-In first. These free Health Check-Ins include personalized guidance from real vet experts, and ensure the smoothest transition to your pup’s new food.
Check your feeding guide
Based on their weight, age and other factors, the Feeding Guide will recommend a daily portion for your pup. Simply divide that portion by the number of times you feed your dog each day. You can adjust portions or recipes by reaching out to our Canine Care Team or logging into your account.
Storing 101
Maximize flavor and freshness by defrosting packs 24 hours prior to serving. Packs can be stored up to 4 days in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer.
