Referral Terms & Conditions

Ollie Pets Inc. (“we,” “Ollie Pets,” or the “Company”) is offering you the opportunity to refer friends through its Refer-a-Friend Program (the “Program”), available on the website located at https://www.ollie.com/account/ (the “Site”).

Binding Agreement

By using the Site or participating in the Program, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and the Terms of Use available at https://www.ollie.com/terms/. All Company decisions regarding the Program are final and binding. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Use, these Terms will control to the extent of the conflict.

Privacy

Personal information collected, processed, and used in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ollie.com/privacy-policy/.

How the Program Works

You must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 13 years old to use the Site. To be eligible to send a referral, you must be an active subscriber of the Company and have made at least one purchase from the Company.

To participate, visit the Site and follow the on-screen instructions to refer friends, family members, or colleagues. Users may refer a maximum of five (5) Friends per month.

When you make a referral, you will be provided with a unique referral link (the “Personal Link”) that your referred friend can use to redeem the applicable referral offer.

Referred friends, family members, or colleagues (“Friends”) must complete the referral as described in the referral message. Friends must be first-time customers of the Company to redeem the referral offer.

Giveaway Promotion (Valid September 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026)

In addition to the standard Refer-a-Friend rewards, Referrers who shared their Personal Link and referred at least one Friend between September 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”) were automatically entered into the Ollie Embark DNA Test Giveaway.

Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected to receive a free Embark DNA Test (the “Giveaway Prize”). The Giveaway Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the Company’s sole discretion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win where prohibited by law. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Ollie account within approximately seven (7) business days following the close of the Giveaway Period. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms before awarding the Giveaway Prize.

Restrictions

Referrers may not refer themselves, create multiple, fictitious, or fraudulent accounts with the Company, or participate in the Program as a Friend.

No User may use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene, or inconsistent with the spirit and intent of the Program.

In addition, you may not (i) tamper with the Program, (ii) act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or (iii) use any system, bot, or other device or artifice to participate in or receive any benefit from the Program.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.

Rewards

For each valid referral, you will receive a $40 reward, and your Friend will receive 70% off their first box. You may earn a maximum of ten (10) rewards in any 30-day period. Once earned, each reward will be automatically applied to your next bill.

The Friend’s discount applies only to food included in their first order and does not apply to extras, treats, or supplements. Additional restrictions may apply.

Rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for purposes of investigation or refuse to verify or process any transaction for any reason.

Unless otherwise stated, rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold.

Liability

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

By participating in the Program or Giveaway, you agree to defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Company, Extole, Inc. (as the provider of the referral service), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys, and agents, including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation, or administration of the Program or Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to the Program or Giveaway.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

(A) THE PROGRAM AND GIVEAWAY ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED;

(B) THE RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE PROGRAM OR GIVEAWAY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; AND

Bulk Distribution (“Spam”)

Each Referrer is the sender of any referral communications and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Referrals must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends, colleagues, and family members.

Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other use of the Program in a manner that is not permitted by these Terms is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of participation and further legal action.

Sign-In Credentials

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sign-in credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through their use of the Site and Program.

Right to Cancel, Modify, or Terminate

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Program or Giveaway at any time and for any reason. We also reserve the right to disqualify any User from participating in the Program or Giveaway at any time if the User does not comply with these Terms.
